📜 Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of www.lakecomoproposalphotographer.com and all services provided by Nadia Fraqair. By booking a session or purchasing a package, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining 80% balance is due 7 days before your scheduled session.
  • If the final payment is not received on time, the session may be canceled without refund of the deposit.
  • All payments must be made via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, or direct bank transfer.

2. Session Timing & Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for arriving on time to the agreed location.
  • Delays may shorten the session or result in missed coverage, with no refunds provided.
  • Final details such as timing and location will be confirmed 3–5 days before your session.

3. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule once with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling within 7 days may incur a €150 rescheduling fee.
  • Weather-based rescheduling is permitted once at no additional cost.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will forfeit only the 20% deposit.
  • Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable in full.
  • No-shows are treated as late cancellations and are non-refundable.

5. Image Delivery & Usage Rights

  • You will receive high-resolution, professionally edited digital images.
  • Images may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes such as social media and wedding announcements.
  • Nadia Fraqair retains copyright of all images and may use them in her portfolio, website, and social media unless a written opt-out request is received prior to delivery.

6. Styling Packages

  • Dresses, shoes, and florals included in styling packages are final sale and yours to keep.
  • Refunds or exchanges are not available once items have been delivered or used.

7. Liability

  • Nadia Fraqair is not liable for any personal injury, lost items, travel delays, or external factors affecting your session.
  • If services cannot be performed due to illness, force majeure, or equipment failure, liability is limited to rescheduling or refunding the session fee at our discretion.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
  • Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Como.
