Thank you for booking with Nadia Fraqair for your Lake Como proposal experience. Each session is personally styled, time-sensitive, and highly in demand. Please review our refund terms below:
💳 Deposit & Final Payment
- A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining 80% is due 7 days before your scheduled session.
- If the final balance is not received on time, your session may be canceled without refund of the deposit.
- Payments may be made via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, or direct bank transfer.
❌ Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will forfeit only the 20% deposit.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the session are non-refundable in full, due to limited availability and planning already undertaken.
- No-shows are considered last-minute cancellations and are not eligible for refunds.
📅 Rescheduling
- You may reschedule once, free of charge, with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling within 7 days may incur a €150 rescheduling fee.
- Weather-based rescheduling is permitted once at no additional cost.
👗 Styling Packages
- Dresses, shoes, and floral items included in your package are final sale and yours to keep.
- No refunds or exchanges are offered once items are delivered or used.
